Neatly Done Privacy Policy

Information You Store in the App

Neatly Done lets you create and manage information such as:

• home setup details, including bedroom and bathroom counts;
• selected special rooms and preferred cleaning days;
• zones, rooms, cleaning tasks, daily tasks, and task notes;
• task schedules, completion status, and related dates;
• the iCloud account identifier needed to keep the correct private iCloud data connected to the correct signed-in Apple Account.

This information is used only to run the app's cleaning schedule features on your device and across your own devices.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your app data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. When iCloud is available, Neatly Done also syncs that data using Apple's private CloudKit database for your Apple Account, so your schedule can stay available across your devices.

Private CloudKit data is stored in your iCloud account. We do not operate a separate server for your Neatly Done data, and we do not have access to the private iCloud records that store your app data by default.

Your use of iCloud and CloudKit is also governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

Data We Do Not Collect

Neatly Done does not currently collect:

• your name, phone number, email address, or account password;
• precise or approximate location;
• contacts, photos, calendar events, reminders, microphone data, or camera data;
• payment information;
• browsing history or search history;
• analytics events, advertising identifiers, or tracking data.

The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs.

Tracking and Advertising

Neatly Done does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Neatly Done does not show ads and does not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Apple Diagnostics and App Store Data

Apple may process information related to App Store downloads, iCloud, device diagnostics, crash reports, or app analytics according to your Apple settings and Apple's own privacy policies. Neatly Done does not add any third-party analytics or diagnostics service of its own.

Sharing

We do not share your Neatly Done app data with third parties. If a future version adds sharing, collaboration, analytics, accounts, support uploads, or any other feature that changes this policy, we will update this policy before describing that behavior as part of the app.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete data you entered in Neatly Done by deleting it in the app. You can also delete the app from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, some synced app data may remain in your iCloud account until you delete the app's iCloud data through iOS or iCloud settings.

Children

Neatly Done is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the app's features or privacy practices change. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
